I bought the Atoma #600 together with a #140 replacement plate and they are great. I get razor sharp knife in less than 10 minutes. Work that takes five times longer with my traditional whetstones.

This model is the one I wanted for now. It’s very well made and I believe hand finished. I will order a Japanese Imperial scale of the same type next.
I had seen this shop on youtube. I treied to order on my mobile phone but I couldn't keep the english language funtion working.
