Both the shapton 320 and the hibiki 3000 came quite true but the hibiki 1000 came with s quite noticeable bow on one side.
I was in a pinch to sharpen some tools so I used it otherwise I would have considered returning for a replacement. I’d never seen a stone come with a bow that I could see with the naked eye. Other than that I’m happy with the products.
