Care Instructions
1.Wipe off all moisture thoroughly with a dry cloth.
2.Apply a thin layer of non-hardening oil to prevent rust.
3.Store safely in the designated case or storage location.
Sharpening Precautions
1.Artificial whetstones are absorbent, so soak the stone in water for at least 3 minutes before sharpening. This helps prevent uneven wear of the stone.
2.When sharpening, maintain a consistent angle between the blade edge and the surface of the whetstone.
3.Never sharpen in a way that causes the blade to overheat.
For example, dry sharpening, using a grinder, or high-speed power sharpening tools without water can cause the blade to lose its temper, reduce edge retention, and potentially warp the blade.

Storage Instructions (When Not in Use for Long Periods)
1.After cleaning the blade as described above, apply a rust-preventive oil such as blade oil or camellia oil to the entire blade surface.
2.Remove the blade from its sheath and wrap it completely in anti-rust paper, newspaper, or cloth. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place away from humidity and sunlight.
