Im an aussie that prefers Japanese chisels, kote nomi isnt really available to buy in Australia, also its hard to know if your getting an authentic hand forged kote-shinogi-oire nomi thats made from a laminated white paper steel. Tbh the kote nomi is probably one of the most useful chisels, i use it for pairing, and joinery that a normal chisel cant reach. Sharpens easy, definitely need to set the bevel at 30 degrees though if your working with hard wood like Australian trees
