Highly functional art object. The blade leaves glossy finish.
I just set the new kanna up. It was almost set up out of the box. It required some minimal blade fitting and a little additional sharpening. Every thing was correct and only minimal attention was required. I’m very happy with the plane and looking forward to using it.

I absolutely love these chisels. They arrived in pristine condition, each individually wrapped and in a nice wooden case. I tuned them up with ease and they are everything I expected (and more) from Japanese style chisels. I have been looking for reasons to use them ever since they arrived.
