Exceptional Craftsmanship

• Steel: White steel (白紙) — prized for its razor-sharp edge and ease of sharpening
• Jigane: Modern soft iron (極軟鉄) — provides resilience and absorbs impact
• Finish: Mokume-Hineri (木目打捻り) — a distinctive twisted wood-grain pattern forged into the steel, unique to each piece
• Ura (hollow back): Black finish & Triple ura (三つ裏) — the hallmark of a premium Japanese chisel
