返品・交換について

返品・交換のご注意 商品の品質には万全を期しておりますが、万が一、商品に不具合（汚損・破損等）がある場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7営業日以内にご連絡ください。

なお、以下の項目に該当する場合は、返品・交換をお受けできませんのであらかじめご了承ください。

• お客様のご都合による返品・交換（イメージ違い、サイズ違い等）

• 商品到着から7日を超えてご連絡をいただいた商品

• 一度ご使用になられた商品

• セール対象商品およびクーポン利用による割引商品

• パッケージ、箱、タグ等の付属品を紛失・破損された商品

• お客様のもとで傷や汚れが生じた商品

返品・交換の手順

1. ご連絡: 上記の注意事項をご確認のうえ、商品到着後7日以内に shop-info@kurashige-tools.com まで以下の必要事項を明記してご連絡ください。確認後、返送手順のご案内をお送りいたします。

   • 注文番号

   • 注文日

   • お支払い方法

   • 該当の商品番号（品番）

   • 返品・交換の理由

2. 商品の梱包: 該当の製品をダンボール等の箱に入れて適切に梱包してください。輸送中の破損を防ぐため、紙袋やビニール袋のみでの発送はご遠慮ください。 (※商品箱や化粧袋、保証書、付属品も商品の一部です。お届け時と同じ状態でお送りください。商品箱に直接送り状を貼って返送された場合は受付できません。)

3. ご返送: 配送トラブルを防ぐため、追跡・受け取り確認ができる「宅配便」または「ゆうパック」にてご返送ください。当店の不備による返品・交換の場合、返送料は当店にて負担いたします。

キャンセルについて ご注文の売買契約は、当店より「出荷連絡メール」を送信した時点で成立いたします。 「出荷連絡メール」送信後のキャンセルはお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Returns and Exchanges

Notes on Returns and Exchanges Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., item does not match your expectations/image).

• Items for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery.

• Items that have been used.

• Sale items or items purchased using discount coupons.

• Items with missing or damaged packaging/tags.

• Items that have been stained or damaged after delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Please review the conditions above and contact us at shop-info@kurashige-tools.com within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

   • Order number

   • Order date

   • Payment method

   • Item number(s) to return/exchange

   • Reason for return/exchange (Requests received after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.)

2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in a cardboard box. Avoid using paper or plastic bags, as they may cause damage during transit. Please include all original packaging, inner boxes, tags, and accessories in their original condition.

3. Ship the Item: Return the package using a trackable shipping service (such as Parcel Delivery or Yu-Pack). If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Detailed instructions will be provided upon review of your request.

Order Cancellations A purchase contract is established once we send the "Shipping Confirmation Email." Orders cannot be canceled after this email has been sent.
