This is BY FAR the best knive that I ever have owned.

I bought a Hand made Kajihei Santoku Knife with Blue steel for my mom and now that's all she uses. I know how keen you can get japanese cutting tools because I have japanese chisels and planes and they are crazy sharp. Kurashige tools ships fast and they package every thing with protection in mind thank you kurashige

The ordering process was easy. The knives arrived within two days after placing the order and were packed well. I am extremely pleased with both knives. They arrived sharp and are well balanced and comfortable to hold. As an added bonus they are very nice to look at as well. I will be ordering the same knives again as gifts for extended family.
