Delivery was very quick.
Well packaged; the Saya Nomi look great at first glance.
Unfortunately, the transition to the handle is too soft. When I needed to apply a bit of force, the steel near the handle bent on all three Nomi.
I also find the angle of the cutting edge too steep. The chip jerks as I cut (I’d sharpened all three blades beforehand).
With the Saya-Nomi I already own, I don’t have this bending problem and they glide through the honoki like butter.
I also wrote to Kurashige Tools about a week after receiving them but, unfortunately, have not received a reply to date.
I’m afraid I cannot recommend the Mori Nomi.
