Muneyoshi Santoku Bocho with 青鋼 宗吉 三徳包丁 青紙付 165mm

This knife is beautiful and sharp. My stainless knives, which are decent knives, don't seem to hold their edge as well as this one?

I bought 2 knives as a birthday present for my boyfriend and he loves them! Items arrived very quickly too:)
