The handle is crafted from high-quality laminated reinforced wood (plywood), offering durability and water resistance, and features a stainless steel ferrule. It boasts a beautifully polished finish.
It features a three-layer steel construction (honwari-komi) with VG-10 stainless steel sandwiched between layers, offering excellent sharpness and rust resistance. The DP treatment (decarbonization prevention treatment) ensures the core material maintains its hardness for a long time. This knife combines a sharp cutting edge with ease of maintenance.
