Hoop was held together with glue

The hoop was broken, glued back together, and isn’t even tight. It wiggles around so it’s not really doing anything. Why bother to pre-set the hoop if you can’t do it correctly. For the price of this chisel the quality is questionable ant best and possibly not authentic.

The hoop was broken, glued back together, and isn’t even tight. It wiggles around so it’s not really doing anything. Why bother to pre-set the hoop if you can’t do it correctly. For the price of this chisel the quality is questionable ant best and possibly not authentic.
