I ordered 4 different knives all in white steel. Out of the 4, this one is by far my favorite. It has sped up my prep time in the kitchen dramatically. It cuts through onions, other vegetables, and fruit like going through warm butter. The weight is in the blade and not much in the handle so it is easy to hold and operate. No more finger blisters from holding the handle and spine from my western knives. Such an amazing knife. The only thing I would recommend is to buy some sharpening stones and get the knife to a razors edge--luckily I had those handy for my woodshop tools.
