Tasai Fusetsu Bench chisels (Oirenomi) with blue steel 田斎風雪作 黒仕上 追入鑿 18,24mm

These are extremely light and compact in size, in comparison to the western chisels that I am more accustomed to. They also cut hardwood like butter when properly sharpened. I like using mine with my 375g Japanese hammer. The performance and ergonomics make sense when you use the two together.
