15 days ago I received my order of a 10 chisel set of Sukemasa Suminagashi Bench chisels. Beautiful Chisels, unfortunatly two of the chisels had chips in their blades. I sent an email that day with pictures of the damage to the email address posted on the receipt requesting the two chisels be replaced. A week and a half later after getting no response I sent another email, this time from inside their website, and still have not had a response from Yamasuke tool company. After spending around $900 for the set I am very unhappy with their customer service. If I don't hear from them in another week I will ask my Credit Card Company for a refund.
